We will be making updates to this page to try and explain the history of The Calix Society.
The document attached here is a description of the founding by the gentleman who was behind the creation of the Society. While he certainly had help, Bill Montroy was the primary driver to seeing that the organization became a reality.
For the 25th anniversary of the founding of Calix, a number of Calix members went to Rome (and Ireland) where they had an audience with Pope Paul VI.The following is the address of the Holy Father to the Calix on May 11, 1974.
